PRE-ORDERS – OPERATIONAL OVERVIEW
Dispatch occurs in accordance with physical stock receipt. Pre-order lines and delayed-availability SKUs may be shipped independently of other order lines, governed by our warehousing schedule and pick cycles.
PARTIAL DESPATCHES
Where an order line set is bifurcated between available and future stock, we execute staged shipments. Tracking references are unique to each dispatched parcel.
ORDER MODIFICATION
Post-confirmation, amendment capability is materially restricted. For critical address adjustments, please engage customer service at the earliest opportunity.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS
A system-generated dispatch confirmation is issued per shipment. Where applicable, your account dashboard provides aggregated order visibility.
PICK PRIORITY
Pick sequencing is influenced by inbound logistics and real-time processing bandwidth. We structure despatch waves to maintain equitable throughput.
RECEIPT & ACTIVE TRACKING
